Arianne Winward

Arianne is a newly licensed Real Estate Agent, with a prior background in customer service for the past six years. She, along with her husband and their young daughter, moved to Tennessee from Bakersfield, CA in 2023 in search of a better environment for their daughter to grow up in, and to move away from the constant hustle of California. Arianne is specifically passionate about making homeownership a reality for young people and families, and she is a strong proponent of the idea that owning your home is one of the first big steps to financial stability and taking control of your future. She understands that the process of home-buying can be daunting. Growing up, the way housing was spoken about in her childhood home, Arianne was left with the impression that homeownership was only for the extremely wealthy. It was only after meeting her husband's family, who are career Real Estate Agents, that she was introduced to the concept that homeownership is attainable for people in a wide range of financial situations. After successfully purchasing her first home at the age of 20, she now wishes to help others understand and accomplish their dreams of buying a home!
