Our Company
Tennessee Trust Realty
Where it all started.
With over two decades of real estate practices, Sean Sutton began in 2001 in Southern California with residential new construction, commercial investment, and renovation, and then managed rental properties. He then transferred to Austin, Texas, in 2010 and joined Keller Williams as a realtor, and has been there for the last 9 years, becoming a mega agent, and continued building a successful team, The Sutton Group. He has always had a passion for teaching other agents and has been a member of the KW Master Faculty and also received the distinguished Eagle Award, among many other agent milestones. During this time he also established FORE, Foundations of Real Estate Training Program, where he could continue to coach and mentor agents.
After relocating to Knoxville, Tennessee in 2021, Sean joined Century 21 as a managing broker in Farragut and continued to support agents and grow the company's production to significant profits over the prior years. Then came the resulting succession of his passion and determination to lead agents, and started his own brokerage firm, Tennessee Trust Realty, a subsidiary of The Sutton Group. His goal is to develop and bring the needed solution for successful transactions by providing more flexibility, and less corporate influence on aspiring agents, delivering superior training and a specific business model with experiential market changes, and providing clients an unmatched level of service with specialized target marketing.
Tennessee Trust Realty was inspired by the will to create a superior selling and buying experience for the agent and the client, that is genuine and focused on trust, integrity, and commitment to success for all parties.
