Tennessee Trust Realty is an independent real estate brokerage serving buyers, sellers, and investors throughout East Tennessee. Led by Principal Broker and Owner Sean Sutton, our mission is to provide knowledgeable guidance, honest advice, and exceptional service to every client.

With more than 17 years of real estate experience and over $180 million in career transaction volume, Sean has helped hundreds of families navigate buying, selling, investing, and relocating throughout the region. His education in Contract Law, Appraisals & Valuation, Mortgage Financing, and Senior/Elderly Transitions allows our team to provide well-rounded guidance throughout every stage of the real estate process.

About Sean

Sean and his wife Pam are enjoying living in rural East Tennessee on their new homestead with their 3-year-old Great Pyrenees/Anatolian Shepherd Ruger, two barn cats, and many chickens. They recently took in Sean's father and built a tiny home for him to be close and comfortable, and to enjoy the farm life with them. They have one son, Dalton, a 25-year-old engineer working at Tesla. They also have three daughters, Jessica, Mikaela, and Madison, who are 36, 32, and 27 years old, and three awesome son-in-laws. They are also blessed with three beautiful grandchildren, Kennedy, Maverick, and Charlotte, 8, 5, and 1 year old, and one more on the way. They love traveling in their RV, boating, camping, hiking, building, and farming!
