Niki Walker

Niki Walker is a Realtor®, owner and transaction coordinator with Trustworthy Transactions. She has earned the real estate designations GRI, ABR, SRS, SFR, RENE, C2EX. Niki is a certified Tennessee real estate instructor and Arello Certified Distance Education Instructor (CDEI). She has been an active member of the East Tennessee Realtors Professional Development Committee 2022-2024, Professional Development Task Force 2024, REBI Learning Experiences Committee Member 2024, and holds a REBI certified Real Estate Professional Assistant certification. She holds an active license in Tennessee, retired licenses in Georgia and Alabama. Seeing a need for newer agents to be taught the basics of all contracts, Niki developed and teaches “Contract to Close: The Lifecycle of a Transaction” on a regular basis.

Niki has a Bachelor of Science degree from Jacksonville State University. She has lived in 9 states over her lifetime, and has decided to make Tennessee her forever home. Niki is married to Jim Walker, a retired veteran, and has 3 grown children, and 4 grown step children. Her passions include traveling, boating, college sports, and cooking.
